Tax and invoicing

First Day Online is a service provided from Spain, a member state of the European Union. Which tax rules apply depends on your status:

• Business customers with a valid EU VAT number: the invoice is issued without VAT. The reverse-charge mechanism applies, so you account for the VAT yourself in your own country.
• Private customers, or businesses without a valid EU VAT number: Spanish VAT applies under the rules in force. Prices are shown excluding tax. Tax added at checkout where it applies.

Personal data and the GDPR

The personal data collected through the forms on this site (name, email, phone, description of your business) is used only to:

• Handle your request for a website;
• Get in touch with you about the work;
• Issue the accounting documents we are required to issue.

This data is never sold, and never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. We keep it for as long as we need it to carry out the work and to meet our legal obligations (10 years for accounting records).
